2. Check the dealer for financing options. It's always easier to get the financing thru the dealer and they easily beat the larger bank rates if you have a good credit score.
I have always owned new cars and never had issues in financing thru dealer. Never apply for loan before choosing your car.

I have a similar question. If somebody can reply, that would be a great help. I am currently on H1 and wife and son on H4. My H1 will expire soon and I plan to go on EAD. Will my wife and son also have to go on EAD ? My son is minor and wife does not work.
Your wife and son will be in AOS even if you donot extend their H4 or apply for EAD.
It is your choice whether to extend H4 or apply for EAD just incase she/he want to start work in future.

However it would be really odd if dates moved back from Jan 02 for EB2-India.
Anything upto Jan 2003 has been current for over an year now. As people were getting out of BEC I assume they were filing 485s and using up the numbers...
Cant believe there are many people with EB2 PD < Jan 02.
Only theories are:

- 2001 EB3 filers getting fedup and doing recapture of PD in EB2.

eb3_nepa, I agree with your observation that in many cases, members come up with the campaign ideas and then IV Core later on support the idea. So there is nothing wrong with touting our member base for a campaign. I was merely pointing to the fact that we need a "process" before we start a campaign. This is just to ensure that we do not haphazardly start the campaign, just like we did on couple of occasions in the past. Also, Flower Campaign is known to be a "Brahamastra" (ultimate weapon) in our arsenal. We must use it judiciously.

Check the definition of illegal in this context i.e. they DO NOT follow immigration laws....why waste ink on writing limits clauses on bills?

We had applied for H1B extension and was approved last week at CSC. My husband is travelling to India this month and will use AP to enter hence will be paroled. He wants to be in H1B status so please advise us on what we have to do after entering US with AP so that he continues to be in H1B status.

really? does the USCIS provide you with a list of doctors you can visit? or can you go to any doctor? do you know if it's covered by insurance or not? also what does the info and shots consist of? i've heard things like shots, xrays and skin samples?
