Hey everyone. I was wondering if you could tell me how to pack my iMac G5 so I can take it to someone elses house. I still have the the box it came in. Will it be ok in that box if I cover it with material? Thanks for your replies in advance.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to use the iMovie '11 Trailers feature. It was a little bit strict, so I did have to export it, then import it to make some minor adjustments, but still, very simple.

So yeah... they need the money to expand while remaining profitable.
The question is, who is willing to pay it?
My guess is most will and AT&T knows it.

Gridlock works wonder, but only in one orientation. Is there anything out there that allows you to lock icons however you want in both orientations?

It's as if not a single person has taken a look at the FCP timeline for the last eight years. The last four releases have all been almost exactly two years apart from each other. FCS3 came out in 2009 and that means two years later in 2011 we will see the next iteration. You don't need a divining rod to figure out where the next version is. Pretty simple really.
As to edit systems, the beauty of the advancements that Apple, Adobe, Avid and to some extent Sony have made means that editors are no longer locked in to one system. I have premiere loaded on my system right alongside FCP. Because of the freelance nature of the business I think there are not as many "universal" truths about which app you need to use to cut your show. I would still estimate that there are many more FCP installs in use than Avid.

Question. How did you get your weather widget background to be transparent, but not the text (the symbols and temps)? When I adjust the transparency in Amnesty, the whole widget (not just the blue background) goes more transparent....
I am using a widget called 'Invisible Weather', and for the life of me i can't find where I got it from. A google search should be turning something up, but I'm not seeing it, hope that helps.

With the Verizon iPhone coming out, us folks who live out in the middle-of-nowhere South Dakota will finally be able to get the Jesus phone.
Of course, despite all that AT&T claimed it would do, they've still yet to launch out here. I for one will be in Sioux Falls on the 10th to pick up my iPhone 4, who else will be there?

I got this and Missile Command. It's pretty terrible on the iPod touch. Way too small to be playable without bringing on a migraine.
